I soon found myself at the heart of culinary excellence, working at the renowned 3 Michelin Star restaurant Fischerzunft in Schaffhausen. This formative experience was pivotal in shaping my understanding of operational excellence and culinary artistry.

My journey didn’t end in Switzerland. I brought my expertise to Brisbane, where I immersed myself in the city’s vibrant food scene. It was here that I made my mark by founding Mariosarti, a celebrated Italian restaurant in Toowong. For over five years, Mariosarti wasn’t just a restaurant; it was a realization of my vision for Italian cuisine in Australia, blending traditional methods with contemporary twists.
