c) Betting with money or other forms of gambling in sports, entertainment, other activities;

d) Selling tables, other publications for lottery, lottery.

  1. Fines from 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 dong for any of the following gambling behaviors:

a) Deposit of money, pawn, loan in casinos, other gambling places;

b) Concealment of illegal gambling.

  1. Fines from 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 dong for any of the following gambling activities:

a) Recruiting, attracting, gathering others to participate in illegal gambling;

b) Using homes, other places, means, other locations to gamble;

c) Placing slot machines, illegal electronic games;

d) Organizing betting for illegal money.

  1. Fines from 10,000,000 to 20,000,000 dong for any of the following gambling activities:

a) Mastering lottery, lottery;

b) Organizing production, publishing of lottery numbers, other publications for lottery, lottery;

c) Organizing a network to sell lottery numbers, lottery;

d) Organizing gambling in sports, entertainment activities or other activities to gamble, win money.

  1. Additional sanctions:
